Sherlet Neal Lopez is the Managing Director of The Belize Institute for Service Excellence, Leadership and Research (BISELaR). She is an internationally certified Customer Service Manager with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Neal also holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from UCI Costa Rica, and a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector. She is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Belize, a skilled and dynamic training facilitator, public speaker, author, actor, playwright and entrepreneur. Sherlet is best known locally for her leading role in Belize's first dramatic television series, "Noh Matta Wat". She is dynamic, energetic and her style of training is highly engaging!
